Volleyball is an incredibly tough sport and an amazing one to watch at that. For this week’s “Hot Job of The Week,” we wanted to focus on a particular job with the Cathedral Academy in North Charleston, SC. The Cathedral Academy is looking for a Volleyball Varsity Head Coach. This job has the potential to open many doors for the Coach as the Cathedral Academy has an incredible winning team.
The Volleyball Coach will have constant contact with our student body as a positive Christian role model and mentor. This person will build strong relationships with current partners to aid in the renewal and retention of sponsors and work to continuously increase the level of service and support offered by the sponsorship department to corporate partners. CA’s Volleyball program plays in the South Carolina Independent Schools Association. Strong leadership is a must! Over the last eight years, we have won 2 state titles and two state runner-ups.
Further responsibilities include:
- Committed to promoting academic excellence.
- The coach will need to be a strong Christian.
- Be Committed to a “Kingdom Education” philosophy.
- Christian school coaching experience is a plus.
- Must possess strong leadership abilities to build strong relationships with athletes and their families.
